ANC Members Visit Former President Zuma In Nkandla



Scores of ANC members and supporters visited former President Jacob Zuma in his Nkandla homestead. The party members said they wanted to that Zuma for ensuring that the party regained control of EThekwini municipality. 

Ntando Khuzwayo, a ward councillor in eThekwini, said that the councillor will march in a convoy from Umvoti Toll Plaza in KwaZulu-Natal to Nkandla.

It was earlier reported that the visit was not planned by the ANC but its members.

A report by TimeLive revealed that the visit did not require ANC approval as it is organized by members. 

“There is no such thing as an official ANC visit when an ANC member visits another ANC member. That does not need to be sanctioned by anyone," Khuzwayo said.

Members also wanted to wish Zuma a happy festive season.
