A man who appears to have been pulled out of an collision scene is seen crossing the road, he then lies down on fire which burns starts burning him right away. It is alleged that the man was the husband of a woman who had died from the crash.

The accident happened on the N2 Houw Hoek Pass in Grabouw which is close to Hermanus. The road was then closed and road users were advised to use the R44 through Kleinmond as a detour.
